We collect only what an enquiry needs: the name, the means of reply, and what you wrote. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used to send marketing you did not ask for.

The valuation and charter tools run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is never transmitted to us, and there is nothing for us to store, because the calculation happens on your own machine.

One cookie is set, and only if you change language: it remembers that choice so a later visit to a bare address opens in the right one. It carries no identifier and no tracking value.

Audience measurement runs cookie-free unless you accept it. Declined or left unanswered, Google Analytics receives no identifier and stores nothing on your device; accepted, it sets two cookies that recognise a returning visit. The choice is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and you can change it by clearing that storage.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to us and we will act on it within one month, as the GDPR requires.
